Eagle Rock

Eagle Rock

A few miles out of Marlborough CT there is a very large outcropping of rock painted like a Bald Eagle. It's pretty impressive, especially when you stumble on it while being hopelessly lost.

[Douglas Lain, 03/23/2001]

"Steve" notes: "Many years ago was painted to resemble a turtle. Became 'Eagle Rock' more than 10 years ago."
