Outside the Paradise Building is a small courtyard with time capsules from the 1950s and 1960s, each containing mementoes from that year's Academy Award winners in the Best Picture, Best Actor, and Best Actress categories. Some of the films included are The Sound of Music, The King and I, Gigi, and Bridge Over the River Kwai. The Paradise is now an office building, but it used to be a movie theater.
