Ponce de Leon Springs State Park is $4 to park (may be self park/pay) and springs/swim area is immediately to the right of the parking area. Dipped our toes -- Fountain of Youth definitely works.

Ponce De Leon Spring, a spring-fed swimming hole. Amazing. 68 degrees year round. Crystal clear water. State park inexpensive. Really worth the visit -- bring a suit.
