The "World Famous Fish Museum" at the Red Top Cafe is in fact its outer wall, sealed behind glass, filled with dusty, cobwebby taxidermy game fish. The restaurant had closed by 2024, but the fish were still there.

Can't see anything unless you get up close, since the fish are behind the outer wall of windows. Market is closed now with a number of windows boarded up. Restaurant is up for lease.

The Redtop Market and Cafe is a market and small Mexican diner outside of Chowchilla. It has seen better days, but there is a display of taxidermied shark and fish that wraps halfway around the building. It is starting to decay and flake, but is worth a quick peek if in the area.
