Country Music Museum: Gaudy Relics

In this case... gaudy is spectacular! This museum is a National jewel. It chronicles the very history of the development of music in our country up to today. The Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum seeks to collect, preserve, and interpret the evolving history and traditions of country music. Through exhibits, publications, and educational programs, the museum teaches its diverse audiences about the enduring beauty and cultural importance of country music.

Country Music Museum: Gaudy Relics

The tour starts you from the third floor and has you work your way down, going from past/oldest and working its way to the present. It makes sense, but if you are a fan of modern country that first part can get a little monotonous. There is lots of cool outfits and guitars to look at throughout. If you are a triple A member or a student, you can get in for a small discount. Also, you can purchase a family membership for the price of four tickets, so if you have more than four, that is the way to go.
