One of the better Elvis statues out there, portraying him as he was in 1954, wowing the crowd at the Shreveport Municipal Memorial Auditorium. Also in statue form: James Burton and Huddie "Lead Belly" Ledbetter.

A statue of legendary guitarist (and Shreveport native) James Burton stands next to Elvis. In addition to Elvis, Burton played with Ricky Nelson, Merle Haggard, Emmylou Harris, and many others. The James Burton Foundation is across the street.
There's also a nice statue of early folk/blues singer Huddie (v) Ledbetter just half a mile east on Texas Avenue.
