Great place to visit in Lower Township (aside from the beach).
They offer several different tours and packages. Dinner theater at Elaine's is astronomically expensive ($80 for two), but was worth it. Walking tours are probably the best and most affordable things to do. Take a tour at night when the ghosts are out and about.
