Rail Fan Park
A really impressive set-up for train enthusiasts of all ages! Nice benches up on viewing deck and the beautiful wooden ramp even provides accessibility to disabled, via scooter (or wheel chair, if you have a strong loved one able to push you to the top). Large signs explain: the history of railroads in Chicago, the clover system, and other railroad terminology.
You can even climb aboard the front or back of a freshly painted red caboose. Good photo op!
