For the life of me, I cannot figure out what these little guys purpose is. I was driving through Minneapolis and found these little statues all over the front courtyard as you enter the Federal Courthouse. There are little guys mowing the lawn and taking pictures. They are fun to find though -- a couple dozen of them throughout the courtyard.
