The atmosphere and the vibe are way above the average tiki bar. The cocktails are excellent and, on the menu, are designated by a number of skulls to indicate their alcohol intensity. If visiting during the day, give yourself plenty of extra time for your eyes to adjust. Souvenir mugs are available for purchase.
[Mike Gassmann, 10/24/2024]Frankie's Tiki Room is located next to UMC Medical Center, the largest hospital in Southern Nevada and home to some very overworked medical professionals. Shift change is at 4 PM. If you want to avoid the rush, head earlier or after 6. Or show up around 4 and buy some rounds for thirsty nurses who deserve the drink.

Gorgeous artwork, incredible carvings, bartenders that know their stuff and will knock your socks off. Either pick from their extensive menu or ask them to make something of your favorite flavors. Lovelovelove this place!
