The US Air Force jet is still there. Looking a little more weathered, but not too badly.

An F-80 Shooting Star Korean War-era jet fighter in the middle of farm fields. The jet is looking very weathered and, although there's an airport nearby, you can't see it from the jet, which is is at the intersection of Hwy 561 and Tri County Airport Rd. Not something that you'd expect to see driving through the cotton fields of North Carolina. It's just sitting there by itself 24/7. I don't know if they have a light on it, so if it's dark you may just blow right by it.
