The entire museum and park are worth a stop. Not sure I'd stop just for the snake, but it was weirdly interesting.

The Mississippi Museum of Natural Science [offers more than a Two-Headed Snake] -- it's an amazing two-story animal, nature, history and science museum. It has dino skeletons, stuffed bears, real alligators, fish, interactive fun exhibits, tons of great photo ops, a maze out back and a huge walking trail into the swampy area behind the museum that features bat houses!

The two-headed snake was really cool, but the whole Mississippi Museum of Natural Science was great. We went for the special exhibit -- Reptiles: Beautiful and Deadly -- which ends in January 2014, and it was amazing to see all those fascinating creatures. We camped at the Mayes Campground/Lefleur's Bluff State Park and took the nature trails to the museum. There were a lot of spiders but it was still a nice walk.
