Art etched around the Commandments includes tiny tablets in its original chiseled language, American bald eagle and flag, all-seeing pyramid eye, two Stars of David, and a monogram of Christ. Formerly a mile north on the State Capitol grounds; moved to this location Oct. 6, 2015.

It's gone. Under the cover of darkness on 10/5/15, the monument was transferred to storage at a local conservative think tank, possibly being shelved next to the Ark of the Covenant.

In July 2015, the Oklahoma Supreme Court ordered that the Ten Commandments should be removed from the state Capitol grounds.

In Oct 2014, a man crashed his car into the monument, smashing it into pieces. He claimed the devil made him do it. The governor vows to rebuild it.
