The cow is no longer in existence. It blew over in a storm, and a passing truck ran over it, giving it a mortal wound. This info came from an employee of the dairy.

Ever see a Swiss cow? This cow stands in front of the Brewster Cheese Co. They are the largest manufacturer of Swiss cheese in the United States. I don't know if there is any difference in Swiss cows, but this one is yellow and black with white poka dots.
