Making fortune cookie.

Fortune Cookie Factory

There is nothing quite like eating a warm fortune cookie hot off the press before it gets fortuned and folded. They aren't shy with samples and you'll happily want to buy some to take home.

Parking is a pain. I recommend public transit.

Fortune Cookie Factory

Smells wonderful. The woman who folds the cookies allows photos, but you pay 50 cents for the privilege. Caution: lots of different cookies to buy; our friend, who teaches elementary school, grabbed three bags and told us it was for her kids. We shouted "Wait, Wait" She had grabbed cookies from the X-rated fortune cookie stack. Can anyone say "Whoops"....

Fortune Cookie Factory

Off of Jackson St. on Ross Alley is a fortune cookie factory with an old looking machine that makes cookies. You can bring your own fortunes and they'll make cookies for you. They also sell "adult" fortune cookies!
