Interesting stop, but there is a hard sell for you to buy their products. Tour costs $7. You just stand outside the pen where several adult emus are. However, you do learn quite a bit.

This is a working emu ranch and they have tours of the ranch showing emus of all ages from chicks to adult breeding pairs. The ranch is on a beautiful lake and is next to state park property.

According to their web site: "The guided tour includes the history of the Emu in America, samples of Emu products [oils, lotions, meat, eggs, feathers, leather] and a visit to the chick, yearling, two year old and breeder barns. Pictures of you with Peewee the Emu are available for $5 - when he cooperates. Remember, all of our birds are wild, not domesticated."
