From Sewanee on US Hwy 41A, turn south onto Hwy 56. Drive 2.5 miles. Turn left at the brown sign onto Natural Bridge Rd. Drive a half-mile to the parking area.

Sandstone and iron ore arch (148 feet long) is "the longest Natural Bridge east of the Rockies." An Indian face can be seen in the rock formation. You can no longer walk across the bridge, but you can walk into the nearby cavern.
