Singer/actor Peggy Lee grew up as Norma Deloris Egstrom, living in the railroad depot where her father worked, 1934-37. The upstairs quarters have been restored with Peggy Lee memorabilia. She later recalled those miserable years with the song, "One Beating a Day."

Fun museum upstairs in the Mid Continental Depot where Peggy Lee worked as a girl. Lots of pictures and background, a gown she wore, audio system to hear songs (poor sound though), Kitchen, bedrooms. If you like Peggy Lee, it's worth a visit. Wimbledon is a very small town so you can't get lost. Opens at 1-4pm daily.:
