In downtown Albany, GA, a building in ruins was turned into an urban park for graffiti artists to display their art. Anyone can paint any part of the park. It's free reign. There are some soft rules (such as don't paint something of lesser quality over something nicer) but know at some point it will probably be painted over. Very cool artwork inside. It's free to enjoy.
