Minneapolis, Minnesota: Mary Tyler Moore's TV Home

Though the sitcom was filmed far from Minneapolis, this location was the exterior for Mary's apartment in a house in the early years of "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" (1970-1977). In 2015 it was for sale for $2 million.

Since this house was used for show exteriors for the fictional 119 N. Weatherly Avenue and Mary Richards' Apartment D, it became a popular sitcom tourist drive-by in the 1970s. It's private property, so the unobtrusive drive-by is about as much as you can do.
