I live down the road from this. To be honest, no one really knows what it's for. Originally it was just a white golf ball and there was a golf course at the end of the road. The golf course hit hard times and there was a rumor that it would become a waterpark. With each change the golf ball changed as well. First it changed to eyes with a mask. Then a face with a Frisbee in its mouth. The current face has been there for about two years. I'm not sure if it will change again but, regardless, no one really knows what the golf ball represents. It's just there!
