A real honky-tonk experience. You can't make up places like this. Opened in the mid-1980s, it's an old-school roadhouse decorated with photographs and memorabilia from owner "Joltin' Jim" McCoy's 60 years in the country music business -- including a pool room that doubles as a West Virginia Country Music Hall of Fame (If you see Joltin' Jim, ask him about his time as Patsy Cline's very first band leader). Be sure to head outside for a burger cooked on a grill fashioned into a six-shooter.
