The Westfield Pioneer is not Daniel Boone. He's the town mascot for the Westfield Pioneers, the town's high school sports teams. The Pioneer Restaurant and Motor Inn also gets its name from the town's teams. There is no association at all with Daniel Boone. The Westfield Pioneer is... just a pioneer! From Westfield.

In addition to Daniel Boone, there is also a statue of twin steers at the Pioneer Restaurant.

At the Pioneer Restaurant, there's a great photo op with a large Daniel Boone statue.

Might be a Boone, but because of this statue's location, could be a generic buckskin-clad frontiersman or Great Lakes voyageur (usually brandishing a canoe paddle rather than a rifle).
