I-69 exit at Dairy Ashford Rd. Turn left onto US Hwy 90 Alt W. Drive one mile, Turn right onto Eldridge Rd. Drive about 3.5 miles. You'll see the statue on the left, at the Vietnamese Buddhist Center.
Daily 8-12:30, 4-9. Gated after hours. (Call to verify) Local health policies may affect hours and access.

There's a 72-foot-tall statue off the side of the road in Sugar Land, at the Vietnamese Buddhist Center just off Synott Road. Its peaceful appearance can be both calming and intimidating. No doubt it comes to life after dark and parties somewhere!
