Sadly, Grandt's Rocket has been removed. The owners of the gas station where it was on display retired on 12/31/20, after 60 years in business, and took the rocket with them.

The town bought the land to expand a local park. It also bought the rocket -- which was built in the 1960s out of oil drums -- and has said it eventually wants to display it.
