Steer.

Big Steer

The Big Steer was supposed to be in Lamar, but I found it in front of a Wood's Supermarket in Fort Scott, Kansas at 2331 S. Main St. I think it is a promotional item for 860 AM KKOW.

[Whap, 07/25/2014]

We've received reports of the Big Steer mooving to other locations before, but it's always eventually returned to Lamar.

Big Cow

The cow is there but it is no longer white. It still has a white face but is otherwise brown.

Big White Cow

The cow has been mooooved. Couldn't find it. Utterly ridiculous.

[Sabrina, 08/27/2013]

Bad luck! As with any statue displayed on wheels -- don't be surprised if it has rolled away to greener pastures. Let's see if another traveler spies it elsewhere in town, or back in this location....

Big cow in the middle of town. [Outaboutsc, 07/25/2013]

It's a familiar breed of steakhouse and meat sales cattle. On a trailer, so may not permanently graze at this one spot.
