Danville, Kentucky: Giant Black Angus Steer

Set back from the highway, in a field, so it's difficult to gauge its true size, but it does appear to be bigger than most roadside big bulls.

Giant Black Angus Steer

Bigger than a house, a giant Black Angus steer stands in the middle of a field outside the town of Danville. No idea on the why or wherefore of the placement of this monument.

[Michael C Green, 07/29/2013]

Could be a supersized version of the fiberglass steers that occasionally are found outside of steakhouses -- or maybe the size of this one is an illusion. Someone needs to stand next to it for scale.
