In Clifton Hill, the tourism-hardened ridge ascending from the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, there are myriad signs, lights, and distractions -- but a visitor would have to be truly hosed not to notice this fallen skyscraper. It's the facade of a Ripley's Believe It or Not! Museum. The structure, which runs along most of the block, resembles the Empire State Building.
