We loved it! Looks like the site is in the process of getting some amazing tree sculptures as well.

Scrappy the Whitetail Deer is still there, and just behind him is a large tree sculpture that has fallen apart -- but is still neat to see!

Along with Scrappy, there's a buffalo statue and Sinclair dinosaur at the same location, and some sort of concrete tree with bones embedded in it...can't tell if it's falling apart or in the process of being assembled, as there are pieces lying around! New attraction being born, perhaps? Lots of nice picnic tables too, if you need a stop for lunch!
[Gretchen, 07/23/2018]A previous posting lists this as a big elk sculpture. In fact, it is a whitetail deer (You only have to look at pictures of both online and compare). It is certainly made of old auto parts and is astride a crushed car body. It's a very good piece of art.
[Tim Roman, 08/07/2014]I detoured to visit Scrappy mid-January 2014 and he is sadly no longer there. I could see the base that he used to sit on, but the property is for sale and I'd assume the owners took him with them.
