The cowboy is definitely gone, as you can see the posts where his feet used to be. The rock climber down the block is still there, as are the bears above Mercantile Steak.

If you're driving through downtown Kalispell in the 100 block south you might run across the Peeping Tom Cowboy hanging from the roof looking into a window. He's right up the street from his buddy, Robbie the Rock Climber, who is putting up a first ascent of the front of a building a couple of doors down.
If you wander around downtown on foot, there are some bonus bears lurking on the top of another building off of Main St.
