The eagle now has feathers!
[Nat Collins, 07/27/2021]
Some figures, such as Bismarck's four-headed Thunderbird and Giant Lewis and Clark, listed separately on RoadsideAmerica.com, are in the category of "bad" art. Not bad-kitsch and therefore cool, but just bad-inept. Others' opinions of course will vary. For those seeking more of the same, less than a mile south of Lewis, Clark, and the Thunderbird is another piece, "Reflections" -- a reflective sphere encompassed by an eagle's wings. The eagle is poorly executed, and admirers and vandals have dulled the sphere and put a huge dent in it, so the point is kind of lost. Still, of course, others' opinions will vary.
