As another tipster mentioned, this is now located directly next to a hospice. Anyone looking for a photo op should be wary that there is now a banner on the rocking chair itself that says hospice. This was not something pictured in the earlier photos. My group felt uncomfortable getting out of the car. I would not say this location is worth going out of the way for.

The small building appears to be an office for a hospice provider, not an actual hospice. They post photos of the chair on their social media feeds, so it appears to be okay to stop for photos.

Fun stop but difficult to climb up to the chair! Worthy of mention, from the perspective of being respectful, it's next to a hospice home.
