Just visited again on 8/20/23. It's in front of an office for a hospice, not a hospice itself, so it isn't disrespectful to visit. Not hard to climb; my 10-year-old daughter made it up there.

The business next to Austinburg's giant rocking chair is now Bella Care Hospice.

Anyone looking for a photo op should be wary that there is now a banner on the rocking chair itself that says hospice. This was not something pictured in the earlier photos. My group felt uncomfortable getting out of the car. I would not say this location is worth going out of the way for.
