32-foot-tall Jacque, with his pencil mustache and paper hat, used to hold a tray of food. At some point he lost his tray and both hands. He received new, giant hands in 2022.

I'm curious about a big structure that I call "the big chef." It is located near East Harbor State Park, on Lake Erie, near Lakeside, Ohio. Has anyone mentioned this before? I would like to know the history and significance of this tall statue. Perhaps, and very likely, there was a restaurant or store there at one time.
