Admission to the Dinosaur Museum also includes admission to the attached Joachin Regional Museum (which is dedicated to all things related to Dickinson history), the Pioneer Machinery Hall (which showcases a collection of agricultural equipment), and Prairie Outpost Park, which features buildings that tell the story of southwest North Dakota.

Great place to take the kids or just yourself for an afternoon visit. They have this awesome "sand box" with a topographical map projected onto it, and as you move the sand the map updates in real time. I had more fun with it than the kids!

Outside of the Dakota Dinosaur Museum there are a couple of great dinosaur statues: a life-size Triceratops and a welded-metal Pachycephalosaurus. Unfortunately, the museum itself is a bit of a letdown. They do have a pretty impressive mineral collection though.
