Abo Elementary School and Fallout Shelter

Located at 1802 Center Ave. in Artesia, NM. This school was built in 1962 entirely underground and was designed to double as a fallout shelter. You can't get underground, but it's free to drive by and take pictures and imagine what lurks beneath.
