Statue of Deafy Boular, the Legless Bricklayer

William "Deafy" Boular laid the brick streets and sidewalks of Atchison despite being deaf, mute, and having had both legs amputated by a train. The statue depicts him with a brick in hand, wearing his custom stump boots.
