Recent folk art scattering of dead trees displays old bottles, pots and pans. There's a rusty jalopy and a line of railroad ties spelling V-I-R-G-I-N-I-A-C-I-T-Y.

Located across the street from the historic Fourth Ward School Museum on the edge of town at the intersection of B and C streets is a folk art work in progress. Multiple railroad ties in a row spell out the name of the city. Behind each of the wooden ties can be found various bottle trees and other pieces of formed recycled materials. Representative of the local tourism office had no information other that it has been in progress for at least a year.
