Located at the intersection of Commercial and Virginia streets and very close to the iconic Biggest Little City sign. Created as a public art project titled "In The Chips: Fate, Luck & Magic" by Eileen Gay. Colorful mosaic titles look like stacked poker chips. The stacks are of differing heights, and each one features a different scene on top, with tiny name plates on the rim of the top chip.
