Two muscle-bulging figures, made of what appear to be old chrome bumpers, struggle to erect a crane boom with a hook dangling from its top.

The statue is all that remains of Peck Iron and Metal, a scrap yard that formerly occupied the property that's now a park. It was sculpted in the early 1980s by Peruko Ccopacatty, a Peruvian artist who walked around the property, gathering pieces to make the sculpture.
