Troutdale, Oregon: Jerry Garcia Tree Sculpture
This is not a tree carved into a likeness of Jerry Garcia -- deceased frontman of the Grateful Dead -- it's a bronze sculpture of a tree that looks like Jerry Garcia. A gnarled, twisted, nightmarish tree. Jerry smoked a lot of plants in his lifetime; maybe the burl tables have turned?

A little bit more of walk than suggested. but worth it. as the grounds of the winery are quite nice. Interesting sculpture. If you did not know this was supposed to be Jerry Garcia you might not guess it.
