Goldy Gopher is the cartoony, sweater-wearing mascot of the University of Minnesota. Six feet tall, made of gold-and-maroon-colored bronze.

- Directions:
- From downtown drive east on S. 4th St. until it becomes Washington Ave. SE. Cross the river. Take the first exit immediately after the bridge (brown sign for Weisman Art Museum), then bear left at the stop sign. Follow the road briefly through campus. On the left you'll see the steps for the back side of Coffman Memorial Union. Goldy is just past this building, on the front side. Parking is difficult.
