Occupies one of the smaller buildings in what is now called the Boswell Regional Center. The entrance to the grounds is three miles west of Magee, on the south side of Simpson Hwy 149. Follow the signs to the museum.

The tuberculosis sanatorium opened in 1916 and closed in 1976.
