An art studio since 2016: The Coffee Pot Art Studio. Owner/artist Mark Breithaupt came out to talk to us even though it was a closed day. Gave us a couple of postcards that detail the building's history with a series of photos illustrating its evolution as many businesses. He said: "Visitors are welcome to stop and take photos and enjoy the art offerings available here."
