In the plaza behind Overton Square there is a giant blue and green wind chime. Kinda cool. I don't know what the story is, but I was amazed by the size.

Artists Anne Froning and Sean Murphy transformed an old bell tower into the wind chime in 2013. The wind sail of the chime appears to be an Eye of Horus, another visual reference to ancient Egypt in Memphis, which already has a giant pyramid and a statue of Ramesses.
