Los Angeles, California: 1920s Gas Station - Better Than Real
The current site of the Los Angeles Farmer's Market once contained a gas station run by Earl Gilmore; his dad struck oil in LA and formed the Gilmore Oil Company. The Market pays tribute with this 1990s restoration/recreation, which looks much nicer than the original.
