The trio of heads entitled "Moonrise Sculptures: March, October, and December" are by Ugo Rondinone, made of mottled aluminum, and were installed in 2008. As others have noted, they look very Tim Burton-ish. Next to them is a piece entitled "Human Sculptures" by Jonathan Borofsky (of "Ballerina Clown" fame).
