Kurt Cobain's mansion was next to little Viretta Park. In the years since his death, fans have carved countless tributes into one of the park's benches. It's easy to spot; no grass grows around it, having been worn away by thousands of feet and knees.

- In Seattle's exclusive Denny-Blaine neighborhood. From downtown drive west on E. Madison St. for two miles. Bear right just after Spotless Cleaners onto Lake Washington Blvd E. Drive one mile. You'll see a low brick wall on the right. Just past the brick wall, on the right, you'll see a tiny park. The bench is plainly visible, right in front.
