Concrete Cowboy

I see this just about every day. It is the top of a concrete cowboy, from the shoulders up, no body. It's not really a roadside attraction, but it has been as long as i can remember.

Arms crossed, wearing a soggy looking stetson, this blobby concrete statue is interesting, though not a Muffler Man.
