It is a giant authentic totem pole in the parking lot of Ray's Food Place.
[Barbara Henderson, 04/11/2014]The pole was carved in 1962 from a redwood log by Barney West, who lived on a houseboat in San Francisco Bay and was famous for his Tikis. Standing 32 feet high, this was his tallest sculpture.
